The only negative I had is that I wore them to Disneyland for about 2-3 hours and I developed a blister on the side of my ankle, I didn't wear them with socks so that could have done it.

When I go for a brisk walk they give me pins and are very very hard to walk fast in. They also have not improved my back prolems at all in any way and as a result i have binned my mbt runners.
